On-hand items are physically available in the Philippines and are ready for immediate processing and shipment.
📦 Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after full payment has been confirmed.
🚚 Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days, depending on the delivery location within the Philippines.

All on-hand orders are shipped via our trusted courier partners:

The courier will be selected based on availability and delivery efficiency.
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

❗ Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Orders
If the order is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages:

SHIPPING OPTIONS FOR PRE-ORDERS
We offer two shipping methods for pre-order items sourced from the United States. Please review the terms carefully before placing your order.
✈️ Air Cargo
Estimated Delivery: Approximately 3–4 weeks
To secure the current promotional price, a 50% non-refundable down payment per item is required on the same day the order is placed. Promotional pricing is valid only during the pre-order period.
Once the remaining balance invoice is issued, payment must be completed within 72 hours. Failure to do so will result in order cancellation and forfeiture of the down payment.
🚢 Sea Cargo
Estimated Delivery: Approximately 8–10 weeks
To secure the promotional price, a 60% non-refundable down payment per item is required on the same day of order confirmation.
The remaining balance must be settled within 48 hours after invoice issuance. Failure to complete payment within this timeframe will result in cancellation of the order and forfeiture of the down payment.
