SHIPPING OPTIONS FOR PRE-ORDERS

✈️ Air Cargo

Estimated Arrival: Approximately 3-4 weeks

To lock in the current promotional price, a 50% non-refundable down payment per item must be paid on the same day the order is placed. Sale prices apply only within the pre-order period.

Once the remaining balance invoice is issued, the buyer has 72 hours to complete payment. Failure to do so will result in cancellation and forfeiture of the down payment.

Estimated Arrival: Approximately 8–10 weeks

To secure the promotional price, a 60% non-refundable down payment per item is required on the same day of order confirmation.

The remaining balance must be settled within 48 hours after invoice issuance. If unpaid within the timeframe, the down payment will be forfeited.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

• All items undergo quality inspection prior to shipment to ensure they are in good condition before dispatch.  

• Any concerns regarding incorrect or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.  

• A complete unboxing video (no cuts, starting from sealed packaging) is REQUIRED for any claims. Claims without valid video proof will NOT be entertained. 

• Items must be in original condition (unused, unwashed, and with complete packaging and tags) to be eligible for review.  

• Minor imperfections from outlet purchases (e.g., light creases or minimal marks) are not considered defects and are not eligible for refund.  

•DAYO Finds PH is not liable for damages caused by courier mishandling, improper use, or normal wear and tear.  

• DAYO Finds PH does not provide manufacturer warranty coverage. However, in case of verified defects, we will assist customers by coordinating with the supplier when possible.  

• If a defect is confirmed and cannot be resolved through replacement or supplier coordination, a refund or partial refund may be offered at the discretion of DAYO Finds PH.  

• Due to international sourcing, resolution is not guaranteed and processing times may vary. Replacement or return processes may take extended time and are subject to supplier approval. 

• Any shipping or additional costs related to returns, exchanges, or supplier coordination (if applicable) will be shouldered by the customer.

• DAYO Finds PH reserves the right to assess and make the final decision on all claims.


SHIPPING POLICY

• Shipping days are Monday to Friday only, excluding weekends and holidays.  

• Orders will be processed and shipped only after full payment has been verified.  

• For pre-order items, once the item arrives at our warehouse in the Philippines, customers will be notified and an invoice for the remaining balance will be issued. The remaining balance must be settled within 48 hours from the time the invoice is sent. Failure to complete payment within the given timeframe may result in order cancellation and forfeiture of the down payment.  

• Shipping schedule details will be provided once the order has been prepared for dispatch.


• Tracking numbers will be sent via email once your order has been shipped. Please use the tracking details provided to monitor your delivery status.   

• We ship via LBC or J&T Express, depending on your location and the most efficient delivery option available.

STANDARD SHIPPING (SEA CARGO ) 🚢

This is our most cost-efficient shipping option.

EXPRESS SHIPPING (AIR CARGO)  ✈️

• Express shipping is available for customers who prefer faster delivery from the United States to the Philippines.  

• A minimum purchase of $100 USD (or equivalent in PHP) is required to be eligible for express (air cargo) shipping.  


• Estimated delivery time is approximately 3–4 weeks, excluding unforeseen delays.  

• Shipping fees are calculated based on the final shipment weight and size. Minimum charges may apply depending on shipment requirements.  

• Express shipments are processed in batches and may be subject to scheduling and availability.  

• Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, cargo schedules, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.  

• DAYO Finds PH is not liable for delays caused by customs processing, airline schedules, or other factors beyond our control.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

• All orders undergo quality inspection and are securely packed prior to shipment to ensure safe transit.


• Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier (LBC or J&T Express), DAYO Finds PH is not liable for delays, loss, or damages incurred during transit.

• In the event that an item arrives damaged, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

• A complete unboxing video (no cuts, starting from sealed packaging) is REQUIRED for any claims. Claims without valid video proof will not be accommodated.

• DAYO Finds PH will assist customers in coordinating with the courier for investigation or claims when applicable. Please note that resolution will depend on the courier’s policies and findings


• For confirmed cases of loss or damage, any compensation or resolution will be based on the courier’s claims process. DAYO Finds PH will provide assistance but does not guarantee reimbursement beyond what is approved by the courier.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided are complete and accurate. DAYO Finds PH will not be liable for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.


REFUNDS & RETURNS

• Due to the nature of our business (pre-order and sourced items), all sales are generally considered final.

• No cancellations, returns, or exchanges are allowed once an order has been confirmed and processed.

• Down payments are strictly non-refundable, as they are used to secure items from our suppliers.

• Refunds will only be considered in the following case:

  – If the item received has a verified major defect and meets all claim requirements stated under our Quality Assurance policy.

• To be eligible for a refund review:

  – The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery  

  – A complete unboxing video (no cuts, starting from sealed packaging) must be provided  

  – The item must be unused, in original condition, and with complete packaging and tags  

• If a defect is confirmed and cannot be resolved through replacement or supplier coordination, DAYO Finds PH may offer a refund or partial refund at its discretion.

• Minor imperfections (such as small marks, outlet conditions, or packaging inconsistencies) are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds.


JOY RESERVERS & FRAUDULENT ORDERS


• Orders placed without the intention to complete payment (commonly known as “joy reserving”) are strictly prohibited.

• DAYO Finds PH reserves the right to cancel unpaid or abandoned orders and restrict future transactions from accounts involved in such activity.

• Customers who repeatedly fail to complete payment may be permanently blocked from placing future orders.

• Fraudulent activities, including the use of false information or unauthorized payment methods, will not be tolerated and may be subject to appropriate action in accordance with applicable Philippine laws.

• By placing an order, the customer agrees that they are fully committed to completing the transaction and fulfilling all payment obligations.

• DAYO Finds PH reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion in cases of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
